How do I cancel my membership?


Feeling a bit disconnected from your music journey? We are here to help! Drop us an email at support@musora.com so we can work with you to help you get back into the groove. If you have decided to cancel your membership, we are here to help facilitate that process.

Note: Cancelling your membership will need to be done through the Website at this time.

Follow the steps below to cancel your membership


Step 1:  In the upper right-hand corner, click your profile picture

Step 2: From the drop-down menu select "Account"

Step 3: Go to your "Account Details" on the website

Step 4: Scroll down to locate your membership details and select the "Manage Subscription" option:

Step 5: Scroll down to locate your membership details and select the "Cancel Subscription" option

Step 6: Click "Cancel Membership" (Need something temporary? Pausing might be a better option.)

Step 7: Select a reason for cancelling your subscription and then click "Next"

Step 8: On successful completion of these steps, you will see "Re-Activate"

App Users

For our mobile app users who made their purchase through the Google Play Store, please follow the cancellation steps outlined by Google HERE.
