The 90-day money-back guarantee does not apply to:

- Monthly or Annual auto-renewals.
- Any part of a subscription that was not used, unless it is within the first-time 90-day Guarantee window.
- Any part of a Gift Card subscription that was not used.
- Gift Cards or subscriptions purchased through a promotional code.
- Services purchased through a third party such as the Apple Store or the Google Play Store.
