One-to-one support is at your fingertips… Musora supports students in two main ways: through our Musora Mentors and our Student Support team.

How do Mentors differ from Support?

Mentors are available to help guide you towards reaching your musical goals, helping you play the songs you love, and supporting your musical journey. Mentors are all about enriching your musical journey, whether it’s crafting personalized lesson plans, reviewing your progress, or helping create a positive community. Are Mentors familiar with my goals and progress?

All of your previous correspondence is accessible to our mentors, allowing them to gain a comprehensive understanding of your journey with us as a student. Want to make a shift in your journey or change your goals, just let a mentor know and we are happy to assist!


How can a Mentor help me stay motivated to learn?

Mentors spend a lot of time listening so we can best help you meet your musical goals. Sometimes you need a listening ear, other times it's a pep talk, and other times, it is helping to develop a personalized practice plan or review your progress. Whatever the challenge is, we work with you to achieve your musical goals!


How often can I expect to connect with a Mentor?

You can connect with a Mentor as often or as little as you like! Mentors can be reached via email! mentors@musora.com and it will get right to them!


Do Mentors play the same instrument as me?

Our team of Mentors is well-versed in all of the instruments on our platform. You have the support of an amazing team to help them give you the best possible support for your musical journey!


Can a Mentor give me 1:1 lessons?

While a Mentor is your go-to person for learning and growth, 1:1 lessons are not currently part of the Musora offerings.


Can a Mentor give me feedback on my progress?

Absolutely! Mentors can give you feedback and review your progress.


I want a personalized lesson plan. Can a mentor help with that?

Our Mentors can help you create a personalized lesson plan, helping you accomplish your goals as a musician.


What education/qualifications do the Mentors have?

Our Mentors are all accomplished musicians, ranging from touring artists and gigging performers to singer/songwriters and Berklee College of Music graduates. We are excited to showcase content featuring our talented Mentors on our platforms soon!


How much extra does it cost to have a Mentor?

The best thing about our Mentors is that we include this as part of your membership!
