What do I need to get started with my Prima?

Your Prima includes everything you need to get started: the piano, a music rest, a damper pedal, and a power supply. It can sit on a tabletop or a keyboard stand. For the best experience, we recommend investing in a stand and bench, as adjustable heights can help find the perfect settings for your comfort. We also offer a stand/bench combo as an option.

Will it work worldwide, or do I need to buy a special power adapter?

The Prima includes a digital, auto-switching PSU compatible with both 110V and 240V. It comes with different plug types to fit your region, so you can simply choose the right plug, install it, and start playing.

How does the Bluetooth function work?

The Prima’s Bluetooth feature allows you to connect to your device wirelessly. You can stream music or lessons (such as from Pianote) through the piano's speakers or headphones, providing an immersive learning experience.

Does a beginner need a fully weighted 88-note piano?

Yes. We designed the Prima as a learning instrument you won’t outgrow. Many beginner pianos lack proper action or full-size keys. With a fully weighted, 88-note keyboard, you're learning on an instrument that feels like an acoustic piano and offers all 88 notes at your fingertips.

Is this piano only for beginners?

No, the Prima was designed for both beginners and more advanced players. Its accompaniment feature offers a variety of styles, and the built-in sound library, split function, and connectivity make it ideal for all levels. It’s also a great portable option for those who own an acoustic piano or need a piano for a secondary location.

Does this piano only work best with the Pianote platform?

No, while the Prima is a fantastic learning tool when paired with Pianote, it is fully standalone. It’s a great value for any player, regardless of whether you use Pianote to learn or not.
