What are live lessons? How do they work?

Live lessons take place throughout the week, offering a fantastic chance to learn from top experts. It's also an excellent opportunity to ask questions and engage with our vibrant community.

How do I join a live session?

  • To join a live session, make sure you are logged in to your account.
  • Navigate to the "Live" option in the sidebar menu or click the red "On-Air" icon at the top right-hand side of the page.

What happens if I can't make a live session?

  • Can't make a live session? No worries! All live lessons are recorded and uploaded to the website for convenient access at any time that is most convenient for you.

What happens during a live session?

  • Once you're in the live lesson, you can engage with other students, ask questions via the questions tab at the top of the live chat window or simply watch the lesson.

How do I know a live session is happening?

Live lessons happen throughout the week and there are a couple of ways to ensure you know when they are happening. We provide an advance schedule of all live sessions, allowing you to plan your schedule accordingly and watch at a time that is most convenient for you.


  • To access the list of upcoming events, click on "Live" in the left navigation as shown below.

  • The list of upcoming live events will be displayed to you.

  • The red on-air icon is displayed at the top right of the page and beside the word Live in the left-hand navigation.

What is "Change your Timezone?"

This ensures that times and dates displayed are accurate for where you are located, and can help avoid confusion with scheduling and attending live sessions.

What is "subscribe to calendar"?

"Subscribe to calendar" allows you to add a specific calendar to your personal calendar application (such as Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook). By subscribing, you ensure that events from that calendar automatically appear in your calendar, and any updates or new events are reflected without needing to manually add them.


  • To subscribe to a full calendar of events, click on "subscribe to calendar".

  • To subscribe to a single event, click the calendar icon beside the event and choose "subscribe to this event only".


I'm confused. What is the difference between Live and the Schedule?

  • When no live session is active, Live will display all the upcoming live events. If there is an active live session, then you will see a red "On-Air" displayed next to the word Live as shown below.

The Schedule shows you all upcoming platform releases including Live sessions. Within the schedule, you might see planned content releases as well as planned live sessions.
